My niece broke down on the interstate on the way to Tampa. Stranded 200 miles from home, She tried to get a tow truck and no one came, she had to leave her truck on the side of the road for 5 days!! I drove down to help her and was given the number to Buddy's 24 Hour Towing and Auto Services. What a God Send!! The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes and we followed it to the business. We were met there by Jay who is a mechanic. I can't sing his praises enough! We were treated with courtesy , and Jay checked my niece's vehicle as we stood there. After completely checking , Jay found that the gas needle had apparently gotten stuck and the car was simply out of gas!! Someone else may have taken advantage and had us pay for unnecessary repairs. So very thankful we were led to Buddy's and met Jay. So very thankful something we thought was going to cost a lot of money only cost us a tow and a nominal fee for Jay's expert services !! I highly recommend Buddy's and Jay for your service needs. Honesty in an industry that tends to get a bad rep , how very wonderful there are men like Jay

While on a road trip, we encounter a leaking tire on our way to Ginnie Springs. I did a quick search and found this business. He drove and hour to meet us to help. Not only were Jay and Steve professional, they cared. They went to a store 30 minutes away (twice due to a store error) and didn't charge us beyond the time and mounting. As two women and two little girls, we couldn't have felt safer or more respected. I highly recommend this business.

My alternator decided to give up and strand me in my truck in the side of I-75. The guys from Buddy's drove up and were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my truck. Buddy’s was the only towing/auto service in Gainesville that was able and willing to come out to the side of the interstate and assist me with my flat tire on the side of the interstate. He was very nice and happy to help me with my troubles. The service was quick and neat and he took the extra step to clean up the supplies that I left out as well which has left a strong positive impression. Hopefully a similar car situation does not happen to me again for a long time but if it does within his range, I will be sure to give him a call.
